Picture It! software problem
I am a beginner digital photographer. I got microsoft picture it! software so I could manipulate photos taken with my digital camera. I can get into the program. The pictures download. When I click on a picture I get an error message that there is a problem with my 3dfx graphics card. What is causing this? Can anyone help?

Anything we tell you may be hit-or-miss, but we'll try. Go to START/Settings/Display and see if your monitor is showing millions of colors and not just 256.
I've had my share of computer problems, but I can call Dell for the ones I can't figure out. I'm sure there's a way to see if the video card is functioning properly, but I'd need a computer head to talk me through it. Maybe one of our members has encountered this one. . .
