Sharpening scanned photos?
Can anyone tell me just how to sharpen scanned photos? I'm using a HP Photo Scanner 1000, which can only scan 4x6 photos. All my photos are a tad blurry when I enlarge them. I want to enlarge to 8x10 & 11x14. I've tried using several passes of the unsharp mask and increasing the size of the photo to close to poster size at 10% increments. Nothing works? I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 3 and have an Epson 2200 printer. Any suggestions?
