If you can afford it, the 70-200 would probably be more useful than the 18-135. Sigma and Tamron are known to make good lenses. I've heard of more people using the Sigma than the Tamron,.

Kailash, I too would recommend the Sigma 70-200mm lens since the Nikon lenses are hard to find. This would be better for outside photography but can also be useful at weddings. Primarily I would continue to use the 18-70mm lens for weddings and in the studio for 3/4 and full length photos of people as well as taking photos of more than one person at a time. For portraits of people, head and shoulders, the 70-200mm will serve you better. I know that this isn't concerned with your question but a little advice on getting better photos out doors and in the studio. Purchase a good tripod and use it. Aside from you photo of the temple I see camera movement in all of your photos. At slow shutter speeds It is very important that the camera not move even the slightest amount. It is also to be used in the studio. If you use a flash that is diffused it will stop most motion at a wedding ceremony and at the receptions afterward. I am glad to see your interest in photography and wish you much luck.

I agree; the Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 is ecellent. You should not need a tripod if the lens has an optical image stabilizer OIS, at 1/125 sec. BUT to be safe try to shoot at 1/200 sec. or even faster, such as 1/350 sec. Peter
