Just about to buy new lens ... is it any good
hihi ... im just about to buy Canon EOS 10D Digital Rebel 100-300mm Telephoto Lens, and I just wanted to know if anybody out there knows anything about this lens, if its good or not. And also if it works with my canon eos rebel 300D camera ... Thanx

It's called a lens for "Canon EOS," so it works with any camera in the "Canon EOS" line of cameras, including your Canon EOS Rebel 300D. As far as quality goes... from what I hear, you get what you pay for. This is a very inexpensive lens, so if you are willing to settle for a little less quality, then you'll be happy. I personally think you're probably better off going with Sigma or Tamron, but it's up to you. That's just my opinion based on what I've heard. (I have never used a Phoenix lens.) Hope it helps. Nancy
