Needs a lot of work. Greatly overexposed and no subject. Serious cropping recommended ;-) Steve, to upload an image, first go to your member center and sign in completely (with password). Then, and only then, you can upload successfully.

I think that if you would've gotten the fisherman off the center of the image it would've helped. Crop and move them up to about 1/3 way down. Also yes I agree it's slightly overexposed. If you would've exposed a tad less you would've gotten more detail in the highlights on the water and more of a silhouette on the fisherman which I assume is what you were going for. Other than those two small things I think it's a very pleasing photo and once you correct, it will be outstanding.
