Darkroom Light Hi everyone! My "makeshift" darkroom is about to be finished I just need to know what type of bulb should I use while developing and printing? Would any red colored bulb do?

Look what I found. The lonliest question, back in 2001 and never answered. I don't know if anybody makes a safelight bulb, but there are safelight filters. It's colored plate glass that is made to fit over a housing for a bulb, not a bare bulb. With that, the light bulb has to be inside something with the safelight filter covering the open end. If somebody does make a safelight bulb, I haven't seen it. But the color of the filter is a brownish-yellow instead of red. Red is what they always show on tv.
