Stock photography submissions
I've noticed that stock agencies frequently ask for images that need to be properly cataloged with a file number and the information the photo contains. Are they asking for NAMES OF EACH IMAGE or just A NUMBER in lieu of a name etc. Must I convert all named images to numbers etc.? What, really, are they asking for from a first time submitter?
