techiniques for shooting small fast moving birds
what are the techiniques for shooting fast mooving tiny birds like flower peckers?

I think that the combination of the correct film, and quite a fast shutter-speed while using a reasonable tele-photo lens should do the trick. I have tried this before, shooting the Jamaican 'Colibri', and found that the correct lens, which can correctly 'handle' shutter-speeds of i.e. 1/500, in combination with i.e. a ISO200 film definitely helps. If the subject and surrounding lighting is quite dark, a flash which can adapt to the shutter-speed, or which you can set manually, can also help tremendously. Hope this helps.Jacques
