Someone (or more than one) has *got* to be taking a test using this site. Instead of answering this directly, I will give some clues about how to find the answers for yourself . . . For early photographs: Search for information about calotype, collodion, and daguerreotype (I deliberately listed them in alphabetical order). Another clue: "cartes-des-visite" For 19th Century Landscapes: Search for a biography about Roger Fenton, or P.H. Delamotte, or Francis Bedford. For Pictorialism (you misspelled it): Search for a biography about Alfred Stieglitz, or Clarence White, or Edward Steichen (first name was originally spelled "Eduard" until he had it changed). For Modernism: Read more about Alfred Stieglitz! Then find out about Edward Weston (one of his books in particular) and a couple of his contemporaries: Paul Strand, and Charles Sheeler. For Documentary: Look for biogoraphies about Alfred Eisenstaedt, Margaret Bourke-White, Robert Capa, Henri Cartier-Bresson, David "Chim" Seymour, and George Rodger. Also for Documentary . . . Find the book: _The_Americans_ (1959) by Robert FrankLook for information about the 1955 New York Museum of Modern Art exhibition assembled by Edward Steichen: "The Family of Man" Hmmm . . . interesting how Edward Steichen's name comes up again! -- John
