	~WAITING ON A WOMAN...AND HER MAN~ This beautiful porch extends across, perhaps, twenty rooms. In front of each room sits two white rockers so guests can relax and take in the view from the VOQ (Visiting Officer's Quarters) at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. 	~TEAMWORK: SHARING THE POT!~ Two workers at the Shindoni Ironworks Foundry just outside of Santa Fe, NM in the suburbs of Tesuque. On Saturdays tourists can come to the foundry witness pouring molten iron into these huge casts. The workers have to work fast and smart in what must be a dangerous environment. 	~TRANQUILITY~ Chicago Botanical Gardens -- The Japanese Garden is truly a magical and in every sense of the word, a tranquil place to visit early in the morning before the crowds form. I was able to take in the peaceful beauty quietly and thoughtfully. I have lived in both rural and urban areas in Japan and this is about as authentic as it gets in capturing the beauty and serenity of a true Japanese garden. Debbie E. Payne

	Alberta Art Gallery Taken at night just as the blue hour set in. The lighting illuminated the dome of this magnificent structure and makes the photo almost look surreal. Little to no retouching . . cropped slightly. Love how the rivets are so defined. Privately commissioned. Carolyn McIntosh

Again congrats to all. It is an honor to be in a group that consistently lands so many acknowledgments. And Dale, a lot of BP is luck but not in your case. It is only fitting that the man who shares his talents and secrets with us to help us make our own images better, should be honored for his own stunning work. Dale proves that it is not the big cameras with their double digit megapixels and quad digit ISO's that produce the best results nor the latest CS Suite. The creativity begins in the mind and is brought to life with the beauty we see and an editing program to make it happen!
