Wow, great perspective from those we seen from post cards, Jill. Did you go to Xingping as the landscapes even better. If I go again , I will go to another village , Yang Ti which just open up for tourists. Xingping and Yang Ti are nearby and not far from Yang shou, 100km.

What a stunning image of the cormorant fisherman on or near the Li River in China! When we saw the fisherman in China in 2005, it was in total darkness and I had only my 420EX to capture the scene.
