A New Crop of Ghosts

A New Crop of Ghosts
A New Crop of Ghosts
Last spring, I passed a new orchard and the grower had just planted a new crop of trees. To guard the trees from frost at night he draped sheets over each tree. It made the new trees take on a whole new look.

Hi Neal: Thank you for your comment regarding my "New Crop of Ghosts." As you can see, I am having some problems getting things correct in my gallery. The filter that I used was called "Redfield." Merna

Merna, I REALLY like this one. Very creative and a nice opportunity taken. Just happening to pass by and recognizing a great photo opportunity.

It's also great to be reassured that there are many who really do enjoy and appreciate the artistic possibilities of photography. I'm running into a number of people who look down their noses at what they consider fake pictures. You know the kind, if it's not just as it came out of the camera it's fake and thus to be avoided. I wonder if they feel that way when they look into the mirror every morning before deciding to "fix" what the night has done to their aspect. :-)
