Assisted Seining

Description

A seiner pulling in his catch appears to be assisted by two other boats. Valdez, Alaska

I was transferring some old photos and stumbled on this one that I had never done anything with. I liked the composition so I decided to process and post it.

It was shot with my old Sony DSC-F707.

Exif: F Number: 5.6, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 10/1250 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 100, FocalLength: 47.00 mm, Model: CYBERSHOT

Very interesting scene, I like anything to do with the water, fishing, boats etc. The Seagull adds that little bit extra, great work=^..^= #1470909

Very nice, Gary. It would be so desolate out there, were it not for the lone overhead bird. #10197637

Thanks, Chris & Michelle. This would be a completely different scene if it wasn't for the fog because there is a mountain in the background that is only a little over a mile away. The fog is so thick you would never know it though. #10198750
