With an easy-to-use interface and high 1,152 x 864 resolution, the Kodak DC-210 is a basic digital camera with some extras. Like the rest of the Kodak DC line, the Kodak DC-210's interface design is stellar. The colorful plain-English menu (which includes six other languages) makes it easy to use, for even first-time users. Its inset LCD screen, while small, was adequate for our picture needs.

This is the first digital camera I've owned. It is a 1MP with a 2x optical zoom. It is almost 7 years old. It takes a nice picture for its obvious limitations. 3"x5" prints still a little grainy. Great for web images though.

I was able to take some good pictures with it. However, when trying to change the lighting or enhance the photo in Adobe PS Elements 2.0, it does not seem to work out so well possible because of the pixel count and the fact being it is automatic. The latch that holds the batteries in place is broken due to travel and would cost the same to buy another Kodak vs. repair.

Older, 2.1 MP, shutter lag like a DMV line, battery killer.

Not a lot of user adjustments and is fairly large, However, it is handy and has taken some good family photos. Can handle some rough use.

I love this camera.. You do not have to load any film, Just a card, and you may take as many pictures as the card will hold then Download them and now you can use the camera agian and agian.
Plus NO waiting for the film to develope, and having to make another trip back to the store to pick the pictures up hoping they are good. You can view the pictures on this camera and if they are no good delete them and try agian.
Bottom Line: Simple and Easy to use..

excellent all around camera. Serial download is painfully slow, but CF card and a PCMCIA CF adapter makes quick work of picture transfers. Would be great if time between photos could lessen, but tolerable.

The Kodak DC210 Plus is sweet! I always get compliments on the quality of the photos shot at high-res. For only being a 1 megapixel camera it takes fantastic looking photos. The DC210 Plus looks, feels, and weighs like a real camera - something lost with many of the newer digital cameras. The size is just right and it's not too heavy. The controls are easy to use and menues user-friendly.
I've gotten some wonderful photos with this camera. It's been very reliable and easy. If you conserve on the batteries by only using the camera for photo taking, the batteries will last you a loooong time.
The drawbacks are few:
- It can be hard on batteries if you use battery power for PC downloading or when using the closeup video screen. A card reader is a must with this camera. Or, use an external power cord.
- The recycling time from one shot to another can take too long. It may be only a few seconds, but it feels like eternity during those fleeting photo opportunities. I think this is common for most digital cameras.
