I've taken TB 1, and just completed TB 2. I now know a lot of the techniques that my pro photographer friends use but weren't willing to share. The automate functions are a real time savor. I also learned to make contact sheets and PDF slide shows that I can email to clients. The TB series have helped me build the confidence I need to move forward with my photography and to think digitally. Lewis' feedback is right on and he kept me inspired to keep at week after week until I got it right. His comments are consrtuctive, supportive and prompt. Lewis is awesome! Besides the great techniques he patiently guides you through, he is quick to respond to questions, critiques in a timely manner and always has a kind and supportive word for your work and efforts! I HIGHLY recommend this class...and Lewis as an instructor!

I have just completed Lewis Kemper's photoshop toolbox #2 and it was excellent. Between Lewis' toolbox #1 and #2, I have learned how to use photoshop in ways I would never have been able to do on my own.

If you want to learn just how effective the digital darkroom can be, take Lewis Kemper's Photoshop toolbox courses. I've taken both Toolbox #1 and #2, and I now use what I've learned in these courses on my images all the time. Lewis is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and he is generous about sharing his powerful Photoshop techniques. If you have a reasonable grip on Photoshop basics, but want to take it to the next level, Lewis Kemper's courses are the way to go.

All the great comments about Lewis are absolutely true. I'm about to finish Toolbox 2 and also took Toolbox 1. It amazes me that I've learned so much in such a short time. Lewis's critiques come in quickly and are so helpful. He's willing to answer questions and help with problems. I highly recommend this toolbox series if you really want to learn the best ways to improve your photos using Photoshop in easy to understand, step by step lessons.

All the things I have learned from Toolbox 1 and 2 I now use routinely and with much success. I had previously taken 15 weeks of photoshop at a school and was not happy with the procedures as the results were so obvious. I appreciate the subtle changes Louis has given us and the painting techniques are wonderful.

My scepticisim about learning anything new from Lewis' classes that I hadn't already seen in many of my PS books disappeared in Lesson 1 of his course. Not only is his course specific to photographers, the techniques he teaches are much more effective and detailed than any I've seen elsewhere. The sharpening action he provides us for Lesson 2 is better than any I have used in the past and his explanation of three different and complimentary sharpening steps are advanced, but understandable. After taking this course, I am expecting an experience an entire new level of photographic output. I'm no longer seeing photo galleries online and wondering "how did they get that to look so good?" Lewis' attention in the course is wonderful. His feedback on questions is immediate and insightful. He even takes time to go beyond the lesson to comment on things that you he sees in your PS work that could be done better and more efficiently. I highly recommend Lewis' classes to every photographer who is serious about creating top notch images. I'm looking forward to Class number 3.

Toolbox #2 was my first Photoshop course and it has been a wonderful learning experience. Lewis is a great teacher. He explains matters clearly and replies promptly and accurately to one's questions.
