This is a true Photographers Camera. All manual, built like a tank, exceptional quality lenses with backward compatibility. While I do not use my Leica's to the exclution of SLR's, I do relish the control, whisper quite shutter and the unobtrusive look. Image quality is a subjective thing, but I find most of my images that people comment on and look at again and again are the one's I captured with my Leica. The MP offers some retro touches that I am not fully crazy about, such as the smaller shutter speed dial and the non handled film rewind, but for a dependable exceptional all manual camera it is my choice.
