I love my Nikon F75 SLR, it is easy to use, has many features, only reason I would upgrade would be to goto a digital SLR.

Pro: Excellent semi-pro camera covering almost everything you need for pro job too. Last one semi-pro "Made in JAPAN" and metal (!) body. Good old days... Old new stocks is a real bargain now- far better than any F/N 55 65 75, even 80 in some extend.
Cons: missing detachable prism and using expensive Lithium batteries (although less than 1p per shot). A bit weak/light demanding (nowadays) AF meter. Discontinued production since 1996.

EXCELLENT PERFORMER , RELIABLE, WONDERFUL DTTL FLASH, GREAT FEEL, POOR DISPLAY/HANDLING ISSUES DISAPPEAR WITH TIME/EXPERIENCE. IT DOES EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK OF IT. NO DEPTH OF FIELD PREVIEW NOT AN ISSUE WITH EXPERIENCED PHOTOGRAPHER. EVEN THE AUTOFOCUS IS REASONABLE - AS FAST AS MY D70. BRILLIANT

This camera is a ROCKET. I owned mine for the last 5 years. Solid and dependable. Full of options. Full maual use. A bit tricky to memorize all the optons, but once you have them down this camera will do just about anything. No off camera flash option. This may be a problem for studio work.

this is a beautiful camera, it has a heavy body but long lasting and not that crappy plasticy feel to it. extremely comfortable as all nikons are. great features and is an all rounder camera.

This camera functions perfectly when set to manual mode. Unfortunately, I have found there to be focusing errors when set to automatic mode.
