The 120S Plastic Medium Format Camera

Reminiscent of the Diana camera of the 1960s and 70s. Characteristic vignetting focuses the viewer’s eye and adds to visual impact.

Features:

  • Hot shoe flash sync
  • Uses 120 roll film for 16 - 6cm x 4.5cm frames per roll
  • Perfect for classroom instruction, personal image-making and fine art photos
  • No batteries required

I have the WOCA 120G form of this camera, which is a glass-lensed version of the basic HOLGA 120. I modified my WOCA to make it light-tight, and the aperture setting functional by modifying the 'sunny' setting to f/19 aperture for increased DOF, while keeping the film size at 6x6.45cm. For B/W photos of the desert Southwest (usually with yellow 15 filter attached) I found that WOCA makes relatively sharp center images while still retaining the vignetting and soft edge effects prized in this type of camera. I have some beautiful photos taken with this WOCA. Very fun, and recommended!
