Very good "pocket" camera. One of the first generation Elphs but they made them well. This point and shoot served me well for several years before upgrading to a digital SLR.

The Canon Powershot S100 is a great digital camera for beginners. I would highly recommend this camera to people new to digital photography. A novice would greatly appreciate this camera but more experienced photographer may be left wanting more.

Pretty easy to use, point and shoot. Would love to have more megapixels, perhaps 5. Have trouble sometimes with the battery door opening and the door falling. Sometimes get fuzzy pictures. Overall been happy with this camera.

Nice camera to carry in your pocket for 'quick shots.' Resolution is limited as it is a 2.1 Mpixel camera. A great 'starter' camera for someone intersted in digital photography and don't want to spend a lot of money for a camera yet.

Its the first Digital camera I've had so have nothing to compare it with.
I love being able to take dozens of pics without worrying about the cost of developing.
Its only 3M px and now about 3 years old so I really wouldlove to get something better but first I want to become a better photographer.
