My camera is alright for quick snapshots, & for portraits, but since scenery is my main deal, it's tends to ignore colours & change them to lighter, more dull shades. It's small and light, so it's easy to take travelling. I recommend only for first time camera buyers.

A nice little point-and-shoot camera for family snapshots or for capturing web images. 3.1 megapixel; 3X digital zoom (no optical zoom). Comes with a 16MB xD card (upgradable to 512MB) that's good for 20 frames @ 3M Normal (1600x1200) or 10 at 3M Fine (2016x1512). It also has 1M (1280x960) and .3M (640x480) settings. It can do limited AVI at 320x240 and 160x120, has a 1.5 inch LCD screen, a macro switch, a self timer, and a configurable built in flash with a 3 meter max range. Focal length is 5.9 mm (equal to 38 mm on 35 mm camera) and an automatic shutter range of 1/2 to 1/2000 second. You can over-ride EV setting by -2.1 to +1.5. Nice little pocket camera. The screen is difficult to see in bright sunlight and the shutter release is easy to hit while opening the sliding lens cover, but if you're looking for a low cost, easy to use camera for capturing web images and family snapshots, this camera can do the job.

It was a gift from my high school boyfriend. Probably very cheap, but it's easy to use. Photos sometimes come out a bit blurry.

ok when I don't want to take a expensive camera with me. More for outings like fishing.
