Great camera, with sharp and fast speed lens. Colors are vivids. Can take great shots. Raw mode, is a big plus. Battery life is exceptionnal. Cons: extremely slow focusing speed. Many shots can be out of focus, if your subject move, such as a child. Noisy, at all other speed than iso 100. Bulky compared with today generation of compact cameras. Not any better than my old G2. Expensive, compared to today (1299$ cdn). Manual focusing is worthless. http://www.pbase.com/ardo

Great full-function point-and-shoot. Defining feature: hotshoe mount for flash.

This is a great little camera. Until I got my digital rebel it was my favorite. It's great to take along when you don't want something too big.

Quite useful family snapshot camera. For serious use the small sensor is very limiting.

This camera takes great pics, but you almost need a degree to understand all the options.

Short of an SLR we are very pleased. Downside is that attached lenses cast a shadow over photos when inbuilt flash is used. Would have to buy an attachable flash to overcome this.

PRO: This is a very nice and solid camera for an enthusiastic amateur. It handles nicely relatively low light conditions and captures the colors very nicely.
CON: Its flash really sucks.

it's takes basic pictures pretty good. I wouldn't recommend it for any type professional picture taking. It has a hard time with dusk pictures.
