Easily the best camera I have ever owned. The focus is amazingly fast and accurate. I have had the ISO up to 25,600 and still got a workable image after using DeNoise from Topaz.
I have small hands, but the 1DX fits perfectly into my hand. It is heavier than other models, but I have had Canon Mark 3 and Mark 4, so am used to the extra weight.
I do lots of HDR, so I really appreciate the fact that I can press the shutter once and all 7 images are taken.
Canon added in some extra buttons and moved some buttons around to make the 1Dx very user friendly and customizable. I also love the speed (up to 14 fps) and the different programing scenarios that can be used for different situations (i.e. one case works on someone running, another works on someone or thing darting in and out etc.
The camera is built super strong and weather resistant. You can have it out in a down pour and it will still work. My Mark 4 was frozen solid from freezing rain and worked fine after it thawed.
