Having used the canon Mark III cameras this one truly is in at least the same class if not better! At less than 1/2 the cost of a canon. With the DRO it has over 50 contrast settings, giving it the ability to shoot in any lighting conditions. That coupled with 3 memory settings to instantly adjust to favorites ie: sunny, cloudy, clear, etc (has 12 modes) makes this camera a winner. Frame and capture your subject with uncompromising speed and precision. Featuring an ultra-bright glass pentaprism viewfinder and 24.6-megapixel full resolution, the A900 allows you to perfectly capture the moment. There's even a dual-cross, 9-point AF sensor which provides fast, accurate focus—even when shooting active scenes. The glass pentaprism viewfinder provides amazing clarity and optical performance for tighter focus control. The viewfinder's 100% coverage and 0.74x magnification allows extraordinarily accurate framing. And withdual BIONZ processors, a high power coreless motor, and high speed parallel-link mirror mechanism allow capture of the perfect moment, even while shooting sports or other active subjects at 5-6 fps. And of course as with sony DSLRs it will also take Ziess glass
