Since buying my camera last fall, I have diligently worked to learn how to use my equipment, understand as much about the technical mechanics of photography as I could stomach and gain a grasp of the art of visual communication. To do that, I have joined a photography club, attended 3 photography workshops, reviewed countless photographs and paintings and read as many books as time would allow. Hands down, Tony's class has been the best thing I have done all year; everything about it was wonderful: the lessons and instructions with examples, the critique of my work plus the critique of fellow students and Tony's personal response to my questions.

I have throughly enjoyed this course. Landscape and nature are definitely my weakest areas and with Tony's excellent and inspirational examples, I have learned to look more ceatively at a subject and what technique would be good to use. I have also learned why I like certain pictures better and I feel I use that knowledge to take a higher percentage of good pictures. Tony has been very willing to answer all questions and did so in a prompt manner. His critiques were fair and very helpful. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to "design an image" instead of just taking a picture...Judi Bailey
