I recently bought "Better Photo Guide to Digital Photography" & the "Nature" one as well. I bought a Canon Powershot S3 last November and have been somewhat frustrated with all the possiblities it holds. He explained everything in such a way that even the most inexperienced person could understand.When you read Jim Miotke's Digital Nature Photography, it seems like Jim's right there talking to you. He provides great tips, wide variety of subjects and techniques with numerous and stunning colour photos. It contains very down to earth advice that can be used by those new to photography (both digital and film) and some sound advice for us that have a few years on us.
