Okay for on the fly, crisp images however the delay is significant and it's hard to tell what you'll actually end up with. No manual features. Nice zoom for a "point and shoot". Optimistally speaking ... every picture is a "surprise!"

a touch above the average point and shoot - you can purchase wide angel and zoom lens and have a little changeability with aperture and shutter.
Not bad for moving out of the plain point and shoot cameras.

Good Digital SLR camera 4 years ago. Great pictures - sometimes a little on the Blue side.
Great Zoom 10x optical. Many great features for the money. Replaced it with a Fuji S5200 this year.

Good Digital camera for the early Digital SLRS.
10x optical zoom, and many good features - has been a great camera.
Just upgraded to the Fugi s5200 - WOW!

This camera has been really great, it takes great pictures and the colors and images come out very clear. As well I like the way the color and black and white prints come out.

Good starter camera that has a few manual options, but low in megapixels (just 3mp).
