God's beauty surrounds us. We often walk by unseeing. Photography is a way of distilling that beauty and helping the passers-by see the beauty of the world around them.

Bio

I'm very much a traditional film photographer. Got my first serious camera in 1976, a Canon FTb SLR, with standard 50mm f1.8 lens. Started taking pictures of motorcycle races with that and a soligor 135mm lens.
Upgraded to a Vivitar 70-210mm zoom when I went to RSA on a 2 year secondment. Most of my photography there was of wildlife in the many game reserves. Wildlife and landscape photography remain passions today, along with a new discovery - Polaroid SX-70 manipulations.

Have recently started to put a lot of time into MF using a 1960s Bronica S2 with Nikkor lenses. Great fun, super results.

Recently picked up a Nikon D70. Have hardly shot with film since.

Must do some more SX70 manipulations...
