Why the Eagle tree looks like it does. If I were the Eagles I`d run these critters off as they`re just eating it up one hole at a time.Captured at F/8,1/1250,Iso800,400mm.

Looks like we're both into the woodpeckers today. This is a really cool capture! I know what you mean though. We had a dead palm tree in Florida that the woodpeckers took almost the entire inside for their home. They are fun to capture but can sure make a mess. #8443245
