Description

An Interesting series,Archie brought in a squirrel and Edith fed the baby`s with it. It was a bit of a magical moment as all this was done with quiet noises from them and extreme gentleness on Momma`s part. Both baby`s were fed equally as I shot from a distance away as not to interfere.Captured at F/8,1/1600,Iso500,400mm.

Exif: F Number: 8, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 625/1000000 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 640, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 400.00 mm, Model: NIKON D90

You would imagine a lot of squabbling and noise during feeding time but this moment of motherly care and gentle transferring of the food tidbits is quite delightfully surprising. As always, Hal, your captures of this magnificent bird family are not only a joy to view but a learning process for all of us! Wonderfully captured! #8411935
