Thank you, Nikki. It was a lot of work, lots of DD, and learning. But it did come out pretty well..didn't it?

I think more photographers need to learn before they purchase their first digital that well orchestrated images don't just happen. There is a lot of digital darkroom that goes into creating an image the way we want to see it.

Looking at the image out of the camera, without ACR or CS3, and then looking at this. There's a definitely story of its rebirth. #8398513

This is my favorite of your February entries, Bunny. The lighting, soft background blur, and color and detail are all stunning.
I always enjoy your bird captures and this month I think my favorite was 'Here I come' for its sharpness and color. Other favorites include 'Gentle Curve' -- it was my runner-up as I just love the selective focus and lines here; 'Guilty' -- great lighting and detail; and 'Jing Role_Face Painting' -- an excellent capture and very well presented in the selective color.
Great month -- enjoyed my visit :) #8447874

Thank you for visiting, Nikki. This was more images than I have ever entered at in one month. It was enjoyed and thanks to you, a great deal was learned. It was so kind of you to give me guidance and feedback. ~Bunny
