Description

There's an observation tower just outside the cafe in the visitor center at Mill Creek Park that offers great views of Lake Glacier. I looked down at the cafe's outdoor patio as well and noticed a single colorful leaf amid the gray patio floor and metal table and chairs. Happy Tuesday, everyone!

Outstanding composition, Monnie! All the elements a shade of gray except for the lone solitary rust colored leaf . This photo a pleasing mix of shapes, lines and textures. The chairs and table well placed diagonally in the frame, its rounded curves and solid form standing outing against the squared shape of the granite patterned flooring. The angle of the sun replicating its form on the patio below, the darker shadow adding contrast to all of the other tones in this scene. Excellent eye to spot all these simple subjects and arrange them in such a way that gives this image a striking visual appeal. Well done! #8102128
