Description

I got so many cool toad shots here in the spring.... also, a million mosquito bites. Now, the bugs are thankfully gone and toads have dug in, and the trees were in their full glory.... but not for long.

Thanks Nicholas. The color was natural. I went back the next week and all of the leaves were down because of heavy rain and high winds. However, I used good old gaussin blur to soften the image and then erased it from much of the foreground. Also, I almost always put a layer of black over my photos and use "soft light" as a blend. It does some saturation without using the saturation tool. The path was naturally lighter than the fence, but by erasing some of the black layer, I lightened it a bit more.... also, the top of the fence, so that it would lead the viewers eye back into the photo.
