The plate brings back many memories ... my mother has an entire set of these (plates, platters, bowls, etc.), all with different animal motifs! She bought them years and years ago, I think they are Mexican. #7997857

Marisol, that's very interesting! This plate was my mother's; she had it for many years, and I inherited it from her 14 years ago. Based on your info, I wouldn't be surprised if she bought it in Mexico when we went there back in the late 60's or early 70's. Interesting to know where it came from!
