Yes...your right...Central Texas is definitely parched done to the center of the earth almost...not really but hays and travis counties are the hardest hitting drought county in the country. It's sad...there's not enough grass for the animals and the hays running out. The farmers are maybe getting 20% of their crops...including cotton. It really is sad..worse since 1954. #7833057
