"To the pub!" (Galena, Illinois)

A sudden cloudburst sends people scurrying for cover. This has been practically an every-day occurrence here, this summer!

The tavern may be different than it was, but the building itself - the DeSoto House - is one of many grand historic landmarks in the town, still much the way it was when Mark Twain stayed at this hotel.

Although I took this in a sudden downpour, effects have been added to augment the rain and emphasize the colors.
