Adam's New Ears - 1

Uploaded: July 16, 2009

Description

Sometimes it's not about the perfect photo but more about the story behind it. When Adam was 3 years old he was diagnosed with hearing loss and had to have a cochlear implant in his left ear. After the implant operation he could not hear in his left ear for a month while the incision site healed. When we returned home on the day the doctor turned his implant on, Adam drew a picture of himself with his "new" ear on his Etch-a-Sketch.

Exif: F Number: 4.8, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/6 seconds, Flash: fired, auto mode, return light detected, ISO: 400, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 26.00 mm, Model: NIKON D70
