Foggy Lenses

Uploaded: January 10, 2009 09:00:30

Description

On a very cold September morning in Yellowstone Park I was photographing the effects of the yellow fog arising off hot pools when I spotted two photographers below me in the midst of the fog. Already with my camera on a tripod I adjusted and captured this image. (Canon EF28-135mm IS lens at 120mm, polarizer, ISO 100, f/20, 1/400 second. Adjustments made in Photoshop CS3.)

Nice picture. Love that back lit steam and the tourists as shadows. It tells a story, is visually stimulating and creative.
