I found this water fountain along the San Antonio River Walk quite near the Alamo.

Exif: F Number: 13, Exposure Bias Value: -0.33, ExposureTime: 1/40 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 400, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 90.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 50D
