Fall is Coming To The Bayou

Description

Some had asked for a fall on the Bayou and I am about half way through the Capitol Shots so I decided to take a break from those shots for a day or so. I took this the same day as the capitol, but near home. The Cypress are our only trees with a fall colo. Too early for the others. The Birds are Egrets. I disturbed a flock of them. Bill

Sometimes when my neighbor cuts his pasture in the back and on my south side many will follow him. They like when we cut grass because we also cut up insects. I think that the cypress can survive being in standing water due to the abundance of rain that we had in these parts. Our Bull Shoals lake shoreline was literally under water most of the summer, so much of the leave color has changed due to this, making for an early autumn on the lake shores, which is most of where I live. I'll take autumn any where. #6597909
