Thanks for comment.
No I haven't added any special effects. The image is as it is. Only image size is reduced.
The image was taken in dark room, with a small ray of yellow light on the flower only. I managed to arrange the ray so that it could only reach & lit the inside part of the flower.
The original flower is very dark in color. #1036211
