New Orleans Street Performer
Uploaded: August 15, 2008
"Robot" He is done up in Silver from head to toe. His radio and the milkcrate he stands on is all metallic Silver. I shot this during the day but did alot of photoshoping in hopes of giving you all a peek into the FUTURE of Nawlins....it is on it's way back, after Hurricane Katrina. You can tell when you walk the streets and see the performers from years past, BACK doing what New Orleans is FAMOUS for...PERFORMANCE ART in The Square.

Fantastic effects on this street scene. I've never been to New Orleans and it must be really exciting to see the performances. Nice work here Jenny! #6528474Jim Britt December 20, 2008
Really cool shot. I haven't been there in years and do remember this guy. I've been wondering how things are coming along there. Nice photo. #6915826Karen Slagle December 20, 2008
What an intriguing creation, Jennifer. You could have fooled me, I thought this was a night time shot. I love the red and green lights coming from above and how they light the performer. I really love this. Well done... #6916908Jennifer A. Lambert December 30, 2008

This is a photo I decided to put up on the 5th Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina in memory of those we lost and in hopes for a better future for those who stayed and are making New Orleans what it once was.Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
