I was going to comment about critters screaming until I re-read your title, Bill! That's very interesting about one side being "safe." I guess, like any animal, the alligators have their favorite spots. Maybe it's cooler on the North side and they like it better there. Anyway, this is a glorious capture of an amazing place! I would never go in that water and can you believe I received a negative comment from south Louisiana telling me that was a bunch of bull because they swim in the lakes and all down there. Thank you Sue. Yes it was quite peacefull if I might say so myself. This was the south end of that bayou. All the screams I heard earlier on the north end. Somone just messaged me I could really chase gators with my new truck. I wrote them That New Truck was for runnin' from them gators, not chasin' em. LOL Shame on myself....Bill #6324927
