This Old House

The old New England farmhouse looked like it had a tale to tell and no one around to narrate its curious history. The cloud cover was just right as I took this shot.

Hi Wayne! I love the colour, dof and composition, great shot! #186474Wayne Nolting November 08, 2004
Thank you again Leanne. I was hesitant at first to post this picture but its rustic appeal caught my interest. #898349Wayne Nolting November 20, 2004
Yes Tonya, it had en eerie look to it. My other photo, "Lost in Time" (an infrared shot) is the backside of that same abandoned and boarded up farmhouse. I had great conditions for shooting that day and the fall foliage was at peak color. Thank you for your kind feedback. #928182Sandra Freyler October 21, 2005

Thank you Sandra. This is one of my most prized captures. The clouds rolled in at the perfect time #1981716Wayne Nolting July 14, 2006
Thank you Jeanette. That was in the fall of 2003 when the foliage colors were so rich in New England and the clouds came overhead just in time to "complete" this capture. #3029421Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
