Uptown Girl - Blurring the background

Uploaded: March 09, 2008

Description

This one I we went outside the office. I loved Scotts picture of his friend with just the outline of buildings in the back, so I tried to copy his composition and idea with this one......the object to blur the background and make the model stand out. I also liked the shade glasses on his friend, so I tried this one about 10 different ways and decided on black and white with glasses..I thought it had a "classy look" of the city ! I used a Canon telephoto lens, 75-300 IS and used an aperture of f6.7, shutter 350, ISO 100, focal length 155.

Exif: F Number: 6.7, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 285714/100000000 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 100, FocalLength: 300.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 10D
