Refraction and Reflection
Uploaded: December 06, 2007
1/160 @ f/22, ISO 50, 100mm macro
No Photoshop other than removing a million pieces of dust from the mirror. All the black portions of the image are reflection of a black cloth. The slinky and acrylic cubes are sitting on a mirror and are lit with one light from above.
Comments and critiques are very welcome!

Thanks guys! Yes, it did take some effort to keep the cubes from sliding around without getting fingerprints all over them. It was fun and I'm glad you both like it!Teri #5177576

Les and Doc, thank you guys for the kind words! I liked the neon colors. I printed it and for the first time ever, one of my images looks better in print than on my monitor. #5178008Nikki McDonald December 07, 2007
Beautiful colors and clarity, Teri, and plenty of design interest, too. This should get some attention :) #5178161Joy Rector December 07, 2007

Lawrence, thank you so much! I am glad you found this as intriguing as I did. It was so much fun to see how everything reflected and refacted. I am now on a quest to find every kind of glass shape I can find so I can explore further!Teri #5232394
