The Great Blue

Used a couple new filters on this, new to me. The (Abstractor) and the (Simplicity), both adjusted as low as they would go, except for the color. Then used the doge and burn tools to tweek a few areas, and the paint brush to add the leaves. Last step was to add the (Rough Pastels) in PSE.
