Hi Shahn, I never tire of photographing the eagles. Nice shot. I see that you left a post on one of my photo's. Thanks and I also see you have been to Hallo Bay. I am just got back from Churchill, Manitoba for the Polar Bears and have booked a trip to Hallo Bay for June. I hope it is as good as they say it is. Take care, Harry #5063336

Hi Harry
Thanks. Churchill is on our list, Hallo Bay, Katmai is amazing, you can't put into words what these places are like. Grizzlies and polar bears are unlike any other creatures. Polar bears in the Inuvik/Alaska areas are swimming 150 miles north, seven days straight so they can hunt walrus. Ice disappeared for five weeks years ago, now its gone for five months. Polar bears hunt for seals on the ice, when there is no ice hunting is impossible. Global warming..... #5063547

Shahn, this is WONDERFUL. My favorite bird. After seeing this photo, I am really humbled that you took time to comment on mine. I don't know much about camera's and lenses, etc. As a matter of fact I still use floppy disc's. I just ordered a memory stick for my camera, thought I had better get up to date :) Joanne
