aperture = f/4.5, shutter = 5 seconds, lens = EFS 10-22 @ 22mm, location = 12th floor condo at Thomas/Central in Phoenix,AZ. Shot taken just after Sunset using remote shutter, mirror lock-up, and 3221 Bogen Tripod.
