Canon Powershot S3 - PS applied
This is a silohouette of a Great Blue Heron in northern Wisconsin. Over Labor Day, we stayed at the "up north" cabin. I got up at 5 am just to see the sunrise and hopefully, get a few good photos. What an awe-inspiring surprise to see this magestic bird fly in from a tree overhanging the lake and land on our pier! He stayed there for over 45 minutes and did'nt seem to mind my presense at all. The lake was so still that it reflected everything like a mirror. Photo edits include sharpening, contrast, added color sat and slight crop.
