This shot was taken on September 2, 2007 at 9pm during the Bumbershoot festival.
You can see one of the elevator cars taking passengers to the top on the front of the needle. The ride is expensive but what a view!

Marta! This is wonderful...being a Seattleite I never get sick of seeing this structure and this is an excellent capture of the light...
You are braver than me to deal with Bumbershoot! I fled town for safer waters!

Thank you Robert! I'm with you...Being afraid of heights doesn't go to well with the top of the Needle! I have been up there before though and it is pretty spectacular...Until you look down!
